guava puree is a pure and natural product without additives and / or
The mash is extracted by mechanical extraction from guavas and belongs to the family group Psidium guajava L.
The minimum required brix value for freshly pressed puree is 8,5 Âº and is in accordance with the A.I.J.N. Code of Practice.
The mash can also be concentrated by evaporation of the water from the natural puree, so that the number of brix value increases per unit. For concentrate is the generally accepted market standard, a brix value around 20 Âº.
The Organic Guava Puree is produced and certified by an official recognized European organic authority in the country of origin. This product must bear the name Certified Organic Guava Puree, characterized by the European Organic logo.
