Technical product information
The elderberry juice is a pure and natural product without additives and / or preservatives.
The juice is extracted by mechanical extraction from elderberries and belongs to the family group Sambucus. The minimum required brix value for freshly pressed juice is 9 º and is in accordance with the A.I.J.N. Code of Practice.
The juice can also be concentrated by evaporation of the water from the natural juice, thus reducing the number of brix value increases per unit. For concentrate is the generally accepted market standard, a brix value of approximately 65 º. However, in the case of concentrated elderberry juice, the juice for concentration must first be clarified. As a result, the pulp content is removed, so we speak of clarified concentrated elderberry juice.
In particular the elderberry juice is produced in North Europe, East Europe and South America. In consultation we can select the territories and / or producers where you want to have the juice imported from and under which conditions the product must be produced.
